Auto Repair Weston

This is the 3rd time that I have been there. I highly recommend Great Bear Automotive. I am a single mom in my 40's and had found a screw in my tire. I was concerned because of the cost. I took my car to them & AS ALWAYS, they were honest enough to inform me that I was lucky that the screw was short enough where there was no damage to my tire and did not need to patch it. ANYONE ELSE would have lied & taken my money and I would have NEVER known. Great Bear Automotive is a wonderful, thoughtful, reliable, reasonably priced & VERY HONEST. They know what they are doing & will be very sincere. To me that means alot & I highly recommend anyone to go see them.

I had always taken my car to the dealership for repairs, but it was quite a shlep, and there was always something "extra" they had to fix. A friend recommended Great Bear a couple of years back. It was right around the corner from my house, so it was convenient. The service is very good, they're dependable, and pleasant to deal with. Their estimates are generally right on the money within a few dollars — a plus — as I'm not a big fan of surprises. Recommended.

My experience with Great Bear was outstanding. Josh is extremely honest and knowledgeable. Unlike other places, he did not sell me what I did not need and recommended a great tire at a great price. His level of customer service is great and I will be back! I hope this is reviewed by the company as he is a tremendous asset; not typically found in other repair shops where they rip you off. I have lived in Weston for 20 years. and have taken my car to other local shops for years. I recently took my car to Danny's Great Bear for some expensive work after my car broke down. they were excellent. the driver picked me up. as my car had to be towed there. they were extremely accommodating. Extremely fair on the price and went above and beyond to correct other minor issues above and beyond the original problems. I was very pleased. and intend to go back there and also recommend them.

Really happy with everything from phone conversation, free shuttle to and from work and the work done on my car. Very polite, professional and really makes you feel at ease with leaving your car in their hands. This is my new shop without a doubt!
