AMAZING!!!!!my 16 year old son has a 2004 saturn that was a very very special gift from his 92 year old grandma.... he had an oil change, and 4 days later, the engine blew. he contacted Lenny the manager at Great Bear...and without ANY HESITATION...Lenny had confirmed with their new owner, they would replace the engine, for free!There was NO push back, not an issue at all.They felt there was a possibility that something may have been done wrong on their end, OR, it could simply be the age of the car, however, they were the last to servie the car....and they would make it right.The team treated my son with respect, and courtesty. They responded to his inquiries on a timely manner..and came through with ALL of their promises. They replaced the engine for free...and did not charge him anything.Lenny and his team are a PLEASURE...we love Great Bear Auto...and will continue to use them as our neighborhood station.
