Josh provided a detailed estimate for a number of items needing repair, allowed for piecemeal work, and re-scheduled our appointments three times due to our recently relocating to the area. Josh is professional and understanding of the customer's personal situation. Chris did a great job of both explaining and repairing the areas of concern without adding sales pressure for additional items. Round trip transportation was provided to a fairly distant shopping area that helped greatly with our many ongoing relocation tasks. Very pleased, will utilize Great Bear in the near future, and highly recommend their business to others.

As always, exceptional service and timely delivery of vehicle. I highly recommend this group.

Not sure how this is going to turn out but the initial call to this place didn't give me a very comfortable feeling. Looking to have my alternator installed, person who answered the phone is obviously not very "polished", was interrupted a couple of times while I was talking. Very short and curt with explanation that there is no warranty on a part that they do not purchase themselves. We'll see, certainly not the Lexus quality of customer service at this point but looking to save a few dollars so willing to try...will post a status after install.

Josh and the guys at Great Bear are trustworthy and very fair; I trust them to keep our vehicles in good working order. I will continue to rely on them for my family's auto care and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
