Very satisfied with the courtesy and overall customer service. I had a dead battery which was under warranty by Sears. Great Bear service personnel told me battery was dead, offered to sell me one but when they learned I had a warranty with Sears they allowed me to get it and I replaced it myself. There was no charge for finding out my battery was dead which I consider a very fair and just treatment since I am a repeat customer.
