The new owner/management team at Great Bear Automotive is great to work with. Lenny, Jack, Jake, and the team have served my wife and myself with excellent, courteous customer service. They seek to ensure satisfaction with their work, and they always advise when particular service is required, or if something can wait awhile, i.e. they don't push for unnecessary "repairs." Case in point, we brought my wife's older, but low-mileage Cadillac in to check something we thought might be an issue and, after they spent a good deal of time looking at it and test driving it, they determined that everything was in good and safe condition.
