First visit to Great Bear after arriving in South Florida 6 weeks ago. I was a little apprehensive, as I'd be taking my ride for service anywhere new. The guys there treated me right and I drove away knowing I'd be back to my New SF Service Center for future automotive service. Friendly & Professional. The Price was right and they were able to take care of me that day, even though they were swamped with work.

I have been a loyal customer for 4 straight years. Josh and team give the most honest, best car care service I've ever received. Not only do they explain everything in the repair throughly, they also go through all the cost and give an estimate (that you sign and agree to) before they start the project. They always call for approval prior to making any adjustments to the original estimate. They also will give you a courtesy ride from the repair shop to your office or home. I worked less than a mile away and they would drive me to the office and pick me up with no additional charge and there's also have a clean waiting area in the front of the office. It's so refreshing to have a car repair shop that I can trust and don't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. I would recommend Great Bear to all of my friends and family.

I have been going to (Danny's) Great Bear Automotive for YEARS! They are as honest as the day is long. It's nice to know you can trust an automotive service company. My friend used to work for a different company and told me how he was told to scam people. ( HORRIBLE ) So..yes it happens :( BUT Not here at Great Bear. They have expert care, excellent customer service, and the prices are fair. I go to them for ALL of my automotive issues. They go WAY out of their way to help their customers. When I desperately needed a battery late in the day and they were slammed, they made sure they took care of me so I could get to work the next day. I can't say enough about this TEAM. The guys fixed at Great Bear corrected a mistake made by another car shop dealing with my passenger side shocks. They did their very best to get me my car ASAP, and finished with a very fair, and reasonable price. Much appreciated.
