Excellent customer service. Professional, responsive. They gave me a lift and picked me up, called to give me an update and ask for clarification. I’ll keep them as my go to for car service and repairs.

Everything was transparent. There were no surprises and the garage did as they said they would no. The auto repair industry does not enjoy a good reputation. I do not associate Great Bear with poor quality and service. I will continue using Great Bear for my auto needs and you can trust them as well.
