I was impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment & the professionalism & friendliness of the staff. We were seen right away & our problem resolved in a timely manner. We appreciated the courtesy shuttle that was provided so we didn't have to spend the time waiting there. We were totally satisfied the work done on the car. We had to purchase 4 new tires & felt we received a fair deal in the price & labor. Would definitely use Great Bear in the future & highly recommend the shop to all that we know.
