Very happy to have found an honest mechanics shop right in the neighborhood. Excellent customer service and attention to the customer's needs. We will most definitely return for all our car's repairs and maintenance services. Kept us updated on progress of repairs. They tried to repair our Scion's throttle position sensor with the least expensive method first instead of the most expensive. The car required the more expensive repair, but now the engine runs like it was new again! Thank you Jake, Jack & all others!

Lenny was very professional ,listened to my concern called me with followup as was necessary,advised on parts to be replaced,provided estimated time of completion , the cost of the work was very fair considering the amount of work involved.

Had a misfiring cylinder and wanted to have an automotive shop take a look at my vehicle given it is reaching the end of it's life and did not want to pour a bunch of money into a 177k mileage car. They fit me in where they could, still busy and feeling the after-effects of the Irma backlog of work to complete, I was happy they were able to accommodate the service needed in a timely manner. Very pleased with the Tune-Up (new spark plugs and ignition coils) work done and price was very very reasonable, given those coils are expensive parts. A big thank you to Jack, who drove me home and picked me up during and after service was complete, and Len who was the service office Manager working to get me a decent price on the parts needed. Will definitely recommend Great Bear to my work colleagues and those who need any future automotive work completed on their vehicle. -Marshall

Came in last minute with a customized lifted jeep. Was having braking issues. They checked the brakes. Flushed the fluid and got the air out. Also did an oil change. Called me within a few hours and told me it was as finished. It was my first time there. Had a surprisingly good experience. I will definitely use them again. They have a clean shop. Bigger than expected and really nice people.
