My tire went flat at 70 mph on 595 and by the time I got off the road it was pretty badly damaged. I broke off one of the lug studs but got the little donut on and limped in to Great Bear. It was 5:06 - they closed at 5:00 but Pedro Zambrano was still in the yard completing paperwork on another car. I showed him my issues and asked what to do. He stayed and got me checked in for repairs and a new tire the next day. He also directed me to a rental-car place just a half-block away. He didn't get to leave till past 5:30. Great employee! The estimate and work done the next day were great, I've now found my new, family auto-mechanic shop!
