I had my 2012 Volkswagen GTI serviced on April 19, 2021. I waited to write my review until after I was certain that the repairs were accomplished properly. Having had a week to drive the car, I can unequivocally say that the car is now running perfectly. My experience with Great Bear Automotive began with a comprehensive analysis conducted by Guillermo Ratimoff. Guillermo fully explained the nature of the car’s various malfunctions, the repairs necessary to address each concern and the complexity of each task. Though it became apparent that the invoice would be expensive, I felt comfortable with his frank analysis and explanations and thus did not feel that I was being “upsold'' unnecessary repairs. As it turns out, his advice was fair, honest and totally legitimate. I am therefore happy that I chose Great Bear Automotive for my service needs. I will most definitely return when necessary.
